Required Documents

  • Personal documents: personal ID, a valid proof of residence issued within the last 3 months, a clean criminal record certificate, and a tax identification number.

  • Proof of employment status or a professional license (craftsman’s registration), commercial registration, or industrial registration.

  • A certificate confirming that the client is practicing the profession.

  • Proof of income according to the client’s profession.

  • Any other documents required from the client depending on the profession, in addition to documents related to the collateral.

Loan Details

  • Age: The applicant must be at least 20 years old and must not exceed 70 years of age at the time the final installment is paid.

  • Collateral: Real estate collateral or any other acceptable form of security, subject to assessment.

Purpose of the Loan

  • Financing the fixed portion of working capital, as well as equipment, machinery, and operating expenses.

  • Financing the purchase, fitting-out, or renovation of a property used for the client’s business activities.
